Childhood is always carefree. It’s that stage of human being where he/she wants to learn everything at one go. It's a time when curiosity knows no bounds, fostering a love for discovery and learning about the world is endless. Childhood days are marked by innocence, where imagination runs wild, turning everyday objects into magical wonders. From holidays and birthdays to school days and vacations, childhood is filled with memorable experiences that shape one's early years. There are many memories of childhood which one stores in his mind for lifetime.

I am going to share one of the incidences which was the result of our curious minds. I was in sixth standard when computer system was installed in my house. After coming back from school, it was my habit to browse the internet to gather some knowledge or play some online games(miniclip.com). One day I heard a term called “optical illusion”. As an eighth standard kid, it was difficult for me to comprehend at that point of time. I searched the internet (basically I googled) to feed my mind with the answer. To my surprise, I clicked the first website that flashed on my screen (I remember that, eyetricks.com). I was accompanied by my twin sister. There were many optical illusions but one illusion got our attention. It was already mentioned to not watch (especially for kids) or heart patient. As it may give some sort of shock. But we both laughed at it and entered into the picture. There was a picture of a living room where all things were kept. It was told to find some odd things in that picture. We focused on the picture for about five minutes and after five minutes a weird face popped up with a strange sound on the screen. We both screamed like anything. It was really a weird experience. We could not sleep that day. This memory of this incidence is still fresh in my mind. From that day onwards, we had tried to follow all the instructions that were given before browsing any website.

  1. Oh oh, that must have been a shock! Childhood memories hold a special place in our conscious, even if most fade with time, like yellow leaves giving way to sprouts. Wishing you all the best for your A2Z challenge, keep up the fantastic work!
