#391 Escapist

                                                             Escapist

He was a chirping soul, determined to achieve something great in his life.
He was content because he has observed every aspect of his life so minutely.
He never let the fear of failure overtake his passion for learning new every day.
Time changed in a fraction that turned everything ups and down.
Situations backstabbed his current mindset.
He started losing interest in his life.
The same 'him' fell in a trap of negativities that held him so tight each day.
He became a victim of his own thoughts.
He was in an illusion.
He started running from the situations, to be at peace.
But he was himself not aware of the fact that peace resided in his own soul.
He started ignoring people.
Soon he became an escapist.

Again time took a sharp turn and blew everything in a whip.
From an escapist, he became a charming man.
Adoring the beauty of nature, he learned more.
He was no more a prisoner of the situation.
Turned negativities into opportunities by shooing away draining thoughts.
He practiced self-affirmation to add meaning to life,
which fueled his purpose of existence.
He saved himself.

Each of us is an escapist in some way. Let's not be in the same mode for long. Let's be a miracle in our own lives to set an example of combating adverse situations.
